The 29th edition of the Ibero-American Culture Festival concluded today in Holguin, after several days aimed at commemorating the meeting of the Two Cultures from the safeguarding of the identity roots of the people of America.

The personal exhibition "Pinturas Rupestres"(Cave Paintings), by Rafael Zarza, National Plastic Arts Prize 2019, stands out among the activities of the 29th edition of the Ibero-American Culture Festival, which will be held until October 30 in the eastern province of Holguin.

The works of two of the most active photographers of this province are on display in the exhibition Albor, hosted by Bodegas Lo Máximo in Madrid, Spain, where Cuban photography and art arouse great interest.

On the occasion of the 75th anniversary of the National Ballet of Cuba, the book Alicia y las Maravillas del .Revisitaciones desde la artisticidad(Alicia and the Wonders of the Ballet.New versions from the art), by Jorge Valiente and Sahily Tabares, published by ArteCubano Ediciones, will be presented on Tuesday, Oct. 23, at 3:00 p.m. at the Fayis Jamis bookstore in Havana, Cuba.

The figures of the Heroic Guerrilla Ernesto Che Guevara and the historic leader of the Revolution Fidel Castro, inspired the photographic exhibition organized in this city and curated by the Brazilian José do Nascimento Júnior, PhD in Museology and Cultural Heritage, who stressed that the sample provides evidence of the tight bonds of friendship between Cuba and Brazil that the rest of Latin America should emulate.
