Cuban film/documentary maker and musical programmer Lizette Vila Espina presides over the jury of the 44th International Festival of New Latin American Cinema tasked with granting the Arrecife Award.

Green light, action! is the guideline that sets the beginning of the 44th edition of the International Festival of New Latin American Cinema (FINCL by its Spanish acronym), in Havana.
