The group Cubans in the UK (United Kingdom) issued a statement today condemning the media attacks designed, funded and promoted by the United States, in reference to the recent acts to destabilize the Caribbean nation.

Cuban Foreign Minister Bruno Rodriguez denounced on Tuesday Washington’s pressures on regional countries to have them issue statements against the Caribbean island nation.

Nacion y Emigracion( Nation and Emigration) reported on Twitter that 1,500 kilograms of sanitary material were sent to Cuba from Almeria, Spain, to support the island's response to the pandemic.

The Caribbean Community ( CARICOM) called today for peaceful dialogue instead of violence and vandalism, in view of the isolated protests that took place in Cuba on July 11.

Mexican and Vietnamese government officials reiterated their support of the Cuban people and their revolution and condemned the US economic, commercial and financial blockade of the island nation.

Bruno Rodriguez Parrilla, Cuban foreign minister, reported today that he received at the headquarters of the foreign ministry the Japanese ambassador to Cuba, Hirata Kenji, with whom he talked about the positive state of relations between the two countries.

Cuban Foreign Minister Bruno Rodriguez sent condolences to the German people and government for the deaths, injured citizens and material damage caused by the heavy rains reported over the past hours in the western part of the European country.

Cuba is participating today at the Global Education Meeting promoted by the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization ( UNESCO), which is being held in order to analyze the effects of COVID-19 in that field.

Bolivia expressed the solidarity of this Plurinational State with Cuba in view of the destabilization attempts suffered by its people and government, and made a "call to the international community as a whole to put an end to the economic, commercial and financial blockade" imposed by the U.S. for almost 60 years on the Caribbean nation.
