Elba Rosa Pérez Montoya, Cuba's Minister of Science, Technology and the Environment (CITMA), heads her country’s delegation to the 27th United Nations Climate Change Conference (COP 27) held in Sharm el Sheikh, Egypt.

Bruno Rodriguez Parrilla, Cuban foreign minister, ratified today Cuba's commitment to the Non-Aligned Movement (NAM), in a meeting with Vincent Bagiire, permanent secretary of the ministry of foreign affairs of Uganda.
