he Cuban Ministry of Public Health reported 13 new cases of COVID-19, all by one from the small municipality of Bauta in the Artemisa province, right on the border from Havana.

Cuba has the capacity to develop telemedicine and receive income from it, especially now that its healthcare system's prestige has grown by helping to confront COVID-19 in dozens of nations, Olga Stolik Lipszyc, research professor at the International Economic Research Center (CIEI by its Spanish acronym), said in Havana.

After reaching zero cases on Monday, Cuba reported 3 new cases of the novel coronavirus, one of them imported, and for the first time in over three weeks one patient got into critical condition.

For the first time since the begining on the COVID-19 in Cuba last March, Cuba didnt report any positive cases, despite having made close to 3,000 tests throughout the country.

The Cuban health ministry reported 6 new positive cases of SARS-CoV-2, coronavirus that causes COVID-19, for a total of 2,438 people in the country.

Cuba studied 3,329 samples, resulting in four positive ones. The country totals 211,427 samples and 2,432 positives (1.2%).

 The Italy-Cuba National Friendship Association (Anaic), the National Coordination of Cubans Living in Italy (Conachi) and the Cuba Va collective recognized on Sunday the work of the Cuban medical brigade that tackled the COVID-19 in Turin.

Cuba studied for COVID-19 3,141 samples resulting in 10 positive ones. The country accumulated 198,675 samples and 2,413 positives (1.2%). Of these, 93.3 percent have been recovered.

Cuba called today at the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) Executive Board to promote intersectoral, regional and international cooperation, in response to the challenge of climate change.
