The external institutional evaluation by experts of the National Accreditation Board (JAN by its Spanish acronym) of the Ministry of Higher Education (MES by its Spanish acronym) of the University of Guantanamo (easternmost province) is underway from November 13 until November 17.

The Ministry of Science, Technology and Environment of Cuba reiterated its initiative to make available to citizens the draft Law on Transparency and Access to Public Information, to express their opinions, suggestions and recommendations to improve it.
