The Political Bureau of the Central Committee of the Communist Party agreed to modify the print edition and circulation of national and provincial newspapers in response to the tightening of the U.S. government's blockade against our people and the impact on fuel availability caused by the Executive Order issued by that administration on January 29.

The Cuban Friendship Institute (ICAP by its Spanish acronym) expressed its strongest condemnation on Saturday of the joint military attacks perpetrated by the United States and Israel against the Islamic Republic of Iran, an action it described as a flagrant violation of International Law and the Charter of the United Nations.

Manuel Marrero Cruz, Prime Minister; Esteban Lazo Hernandez, President of the National Assembly of People's Power (ANPP) and of the Council of State; and Roberto Morales Ojeda, Secretary of Organization of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Cuba, expressed their condolences on social media to the people and government of Iran following the assassination of Supreme Leader Grand Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei.

The unloading of the Mexican Navy ships ARM Papaloapan and ARM Huasteco, which transported humanitarian aid to Cuba, was completed at 8:20 p.m. on Sunday in less than 35 hours, as confirmed by port authorities through journalist Bernardo Espinosa on his social media accounts.

The book Predicciones de Fidel (Fidel's Predictions), presented at the Museum of the Committees for the Defense of the Revolution (CDR) as an act in remembrance of the 130th anniversary of the resumption of the Necessary War, was described by the Brazilian thinker and theologian Frei Betto as “a small book about a great work”.

With a call to rekindle citizen participation and defend national sovereignty, Cuban President Miguel Díaz-Canel Bermúdez closed the Public Parliamentary Hearing held in commemoration of the 50th anniversary of People's Power in Cuba.

A floral offering on behalf of the Cuban people was placed before the crypt that holds the remains of National Hero José Marti in the Santa Ifigenia Heritage Cemetery, in the eastern province of Santiago de Cuba, on the occasion of the 131st anniversary of the resumption of the struggles for independence, which the Apostle called the Necessary War.

The political event and military ceremony commemorating the 108th anniversary of the founding of the Red Army, Defenders of the Homeland Day, took place on Monday at the Mausoleum to the Soviet Internationalist Soldier in Havana, reported the Cuban Television Evening News.

The Cuban Presidency highlighted on its official website today the 68th anniversary of Radio Rebelde, the station founded by Commander Ernesto "Che" Guevara in 1958 and the historical leader of the Cuban Revolution, Commander-in-Chief Fidel Castro Ruz, as a strategic communication tool during the struggle in the Sierra Maestra mountains and after the revolutionary triumph.

The Supreme People's Court promoted respect for property rights by detailing on its social media that the Cuban Penal Code, in Article 421, sanctions the usurpation of homes and premises as a crime against public order.

Personnel from the Cuban Fire Department held an emotional exchange in the capital with the protagonists of the confrontation against the terrorist attack perpetrated by United States forces against Venezuela last January 3, when they kidnapped the constitutional president Nicolás Maduro Moros and his wife Cilia Flores.
