Miguel Diaz-Canel, President of Cuba, will speak tomorrow on the opening day of the annual General Debate of the United Nations General Assembly, as part of the high-level segment of that deliberative body, which will take place until September 26 in the city of New York, United States.

Cuban Foreign Minister Bruno Rodriguez said today at a press conference that the G77+China Summit, to be held on Friday and Saturday in this city, will be austere but enjoy a marked presence of Cuban culture and the people of Cuba, who have contributed to its preparation.

The Cuban Foreign Ministry reported today that China and Seychelles will have high-level representatives in the G77+China Summit, to be held in this city on September 15 and 16, organized by Cuba in its capacity as president pro tempore of the group on the theme "Current development challenges: the role of science, technology and innovation".

Bruno Rodriguez Parrilla, Cuban foreign minister, and his Iraqi counterpart, Fuad Hussein, agreed today on the interest of strengthening bilateral ties and multilateral coordination in the framework of the Summit of the Group of 77 and China that will take place this week in Havana, in order to face common challenges.
