Bruno Rodriguez Parrilla, member of the Political Bureau and head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (Minrex by its Spanish acronym), addressed the 16th BRICS Summit being held in Kazan, Russia.

Cuba and Bolivia are among the 13 nations that were admitted into the BRICS as partners (non-members), announced on X the account of the Bolivarian Alliance for the Peoples of Our America - Peoples' Trade Agreement (ALBA-TCP).
