The Public Health bill was presented to the Cuban Parliament during a joint session of the Health and Sports and the Constitutional and Legal Affairs commissions, prior to the 10th Ordinary Session of the 9th Legislature of the National Assembly of People's Power (ANPP).

Prime Minister Manuel Marrero Cruz called today to increase surveillance and demanded strict observance of Cuban health protocols to avoid fresh outbreaks of disease now that the end-of-year festivities are drawing near.
