A group of 24 professionals from 12 Latin American and European countries attended today in Havana the opening ceremony of the Regional Workshop on Physical Safety Inspection of Radioactive Materials Transportation, sponsored by the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) in coordination with Cuban institutions.

Primary education in the south-central province of Camagüey has 24 mobile teachers to provide pedagogical attention to 72 students with health conditions that prevent them from attending school during the new school period that begins today in Cuba.
