Oscar Silvera, Cuba´s Minister of Justice, began a visit to China at the invitation of his counterpart from the Asian country.

Ines Maria Chapman, Vice President of the Council of Ministers, arrived in Kenya to represent Cuba at the 9th Summit of Heads of State and Government of the African, Caribbean and Pacific (ACP) Group of States, to be held on December 9 and 10.
