The will of the Venezuelan people was endorsed in the electoral result of July 28, with the resounding victory of President Nicolas Maduro, heir to the legacy of Chavez, in a legitimate and democratic process, said today Roberto Morales Ojeda, member of the Political Bureau and Secretary of Organization of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Cuba.

Bruno Rodriguez Parrilla, Cuban foreign minister, denounced the attempts of the Organization of American States (OAS) to impose a resolution on the electoral process in Venezuela.
