The 2nd Ibero-American Congress of the Tenth and Improvised Verse, with the aim of encouraging pluralistic participation and fraternization among researchers, scholars, poets, musicians and culture, will be held in this seaside resort city from May 31 to June 2.

With the presence of President Miguel Díaz-Canel Bermúdez, Cuban and Grenadian officials signed in this city a number of cooperation agreements in fields of common interest.

Grenada’s Prime Minister Dickon Mitchell arrived in Cuba on Thursday on an official visit, as both nations mark the 45th anniversary of the establishment of bilateral diplomatic relations.

“Born of the Rebel Army and heir to the traditions of our mambi fighters, the Cuban Forest Ranger Corps celebrates its 65th anniversary today,” Cuban President Miguel Díaz-Canel wrote in message on X praising the commitment of this agency to the protection of the country’s natural heritage.

In a post on X on the occasion of the 63rd anniversary of the daycare centers, Political Bureau member and Prime Minister Manuel Marrero Cruz congratulated the staff of these institutions, which he described as one the Revolution’s most beautiful works.
