On the same social network, Bruno Rodriguez Parrilla, member of the Political Bureau and head of foreign affairs, also condemned the illegal and fraudulent seizure by the US of Venezuela's presidential plane.
Cuban foreign minister denounced the act of piracy, in violation of international law by the U.S. government.
The North American nation uses impunity to perpetrate these actions under the justification of arbitrary unilateral coercive measures, he said in his message.
U.S. authorities seized on Monday the Dassault Falcon 900EX aircraft used by Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro, which was in the Dominican Republic, and transferred it to South Florida.
In response, Venezuelan foreign minister Yvan Gil, in a statement, accused the U.S. of perpetrating “a repeated criminal practice, which cannot be described as anything other than piracy”.
