Cuban President Miguel Díaz-Canel congratulated Russia’s RT Television Network on the 20th anniversary of its founding and thanked for the presence of its signal on the Island.

With the presence of Miguel Diaz-Canel, First Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Cuba (PCC) and President of the Republic, the closing ceremony of the 3rd International Meeting of Theoretical Publications of Left-Wing Parties and Movements takes place today in Havana.
