Cuba’s first deputy premier Ines Maria Chapman stressed the significance of the Cuban program against racism and racial discrimination amidst US attempts to revive racist policies and the so called “white supremacy.”

As is tradition every year, tonight the youth and the people will unite in a moving tribute to commemorate the 172nd anniversary of the birth of National Hero Jose Marti, a distinguished symbol of independence and eternal icon of the struggle for justice and freedom.
