The relevance of the Cuban National Ballet (BNC) for national culture was highlighted this Sunday night by Miguel Díaz-Canel, President of the Councils of States and Ministers of the Republic of Cuba, in his opening remarks of the XXVI International Ballet Festival of Havana.
