Cuban President Raul Castro delivered a speech on January 28, 2015 during the Third Summit of the Community of Latina American and caribbean States, in Costa Rica. Cuban News Agency now offers its readers the full text of his speech:

Army General Raul Castro, President of the Councils of State and Ministers, reiterated in Costa Rica the solidarity of Cuba with the governments of Venezuela, Argentina and Ecuador, and highlighted the progress of the dialogue on the peace process in Colombia.
