ICAP praised Cuba-China cooperation ties
Fernando Gonzalez Llort, president of the Cuban Institute of Friendship with the Peoples (ICAP), praised the ties of solidarity and fraternity that unite Cuba and China since September 28, 1960, when the two countries established official diplomatic relations.
Gonzalez Llort recalled the creation in May 1960 of the Cuba-China Friendship Association, which has grown ever since as an organization whose main goal is to strengthen friendship and develop cultural and scientific exchanges.
