Cuba's commitment to general and complete disarmament, especially nuclear, was expressed in Geneva, Switzerland, by Bruno Rodriguez, Minister of Foreign Affairs, who met today with Tatiana Valovaya, Director General of the United Nations Office in that city and Secretary General of the Conference on Disarmament.
