Cuba condemned today the harassment perpetrated this week by security and intelligence forces of the pro-coup government of Bolivia against the Mexican embassy and diplomatic residence in that South American country.

French parliamentarian Eric Coquerel stressed today Cuba's social successes and demanded to end the commercial, economic and financial blockade imposed by the United States for almost six decades.

Huseynzoda Muzaffar, deputy minister of foreign relations of Tajikistan, reiterated today in Dusambe, the capital, the unrestricted support of his government to the struggle of the Cuban people against the US economic, commercial and financial blockade.

Havana will host the 17th Summit of the Bolivarian Alternative for the Americas-People's Trade Treaty (ALBA-TCP) next December 14.

The Chamber of Deputies of the Mexican Congress called on the United States Congress to end the commercial, economic and financial blockade against Cuba, in accordance with the Mexican government's position of rejection of unilateral measures inconsistent with international law.

Solidarity and human rights organizations in Switzerland submitted to the government and the federal parliament a demand for the authorities of that country to oppose and denounce the economic, commercial and financial blockade imposed by the United States against Cuba.

Ines Maria Chapman, Cuba´s Vice President of the Council of Ministers, was received by the President of the Republic of Kenya, His Excellency Mr. Uhuru Kenyatta, as part of her visit to that nation, where she represents Cuba at the 9th Summit of Heads of State and Government of African, Caribbean and Pacific (ACP) countries.

The President of Cuba, Miguel Diaz-Canel, arrived this Sunday evening in Buenos Aires, Argentina, to attend the inauguration of the president-elect of that southern nation, Alberto Fernandez.
