HAVANA, Cuba, January 26 (ACN) The Cuban Government offered its deepest condolences to the people of the United States for the toll taken by the severe winter storm that slammed into several regions of that country.
In a post on X, Foreign Minister Bruno Rodríguez Parrilla expressed the solidarity of the Cuban people in the face of the tragedy.
"Our deepest condolences to the American people for the deaths caused by the winter storm and extreme cold weather that is hitting several areas of the U.S.," he wrote.
Large areas of the United States are facing extreme weather conditions with record-breaking freezing temperatures, heavy snowfall, and storms that left deaths, power outages, and serious disruptions in major cities.
