Havana, Nov 12 (ACN) Cuban Foreign Minister Bruno Rodriguez denounced that Israel is blocking the entrance in Gaza of over a million syringes to be used in a local vaccination campaign.
The Cuban government official wrote on X that the Israeli action adds to a long list of atrocities by Israel against the Palestinian people.
“Israel must abide by the conditions they accepted under the ceasefire and allow the free access, with no limitations, of humanitarian aid to the Gaza Strip,” the minister wrote.
On Tuesday, the UN Children Fund (UNICEF) denounced that Israel had blocked the entrance of syringes and refrigerators to the Gaza Strip. These items are necessary to vaccinate some 40 thousand 3-year-old minors who were not immunized over the past two years of war.lc
