HAVANA, Cuba, May 27 (ACN) Bruno Rodriguez Parrilla, Cuban foreign minister, expressed his condolences on the death of Charles Rangel, a prominent congressman from the Harlem district, in a message published on X.
Rangel, published Rodriguez Parrilla, considered a defender of civil rights and the African-American community, maintained a political career marked by his commitment to social justice and equity.
Cuban diplomat recalled the congressman as a friend of Cuba, opponent of the blockade and promoter of an improvement in bilateral relations between Cuba and the US.
