Havana, March 17 (ACN) Cuban Foreign Minister Bruno Rodriguez and Nigeria’s vice-president Kashim Shettima stressed on Monday the historic and cultural bonds between their countries.
Rodriguez wrote on X that he and Shettima considered the potential of their nations to further strengthen economic, commercial and cooperation relations.
On Monday, the Cuban foreign minister and his Nigerian counterpart Yusuf Maitama Tuggar signed an accord and an MOU to strengthen political and diplomatic dialog, academic exchange and cooperation.
Bruno Rodriguez arrived November 15 in Nigeria on an official visit. This is the fourth leg of an African working tour aimed at strengthening bilateral relations.
