Sara, a Tropical Storm in Caribbean Waters

Havana, Nov 14 (ACN) Former tropical depression 19th became storm Sara moving in the central-southern Caribbean Sea on Thursday.

On Thursday evening, Sara maintained 65-kilometer-per-hour sustained winds with higher gusts and was spotted 85 kilometers Northeast of Cabo Gracias a Dios, on the border between Nicaragua and Honduras. The storm speed has been calculated at 19 kilometers per hour.

The Cuban Meteorology Service says that over the next 24 to 48 hours Sara will keep its track while slowing down its speed and getting close to Honduran coasts. The Cuban institution will keep following the storm development over the next hours and days.
