Havana, Sept 26 (ACN) The Palestinian Islamic Resistance Movement Hamas said they will never yield to the aggressions of Israel or it allies no matter how long the Israeli siege of the Gaza Strip may last.
A high-level officer with Hamas, Osama Hamdan said that they do not want the aggression against Gaza and Lebanon to extend in time. The invaders and their allies must know that no matter how long the aggression lasts, Hamas will never surrender.
A ceasefire by the occupiers would allow to stop the response by the resistance groups in Lebanon and Palestine.
The Palestinian leader said that the enemy tries to isolate the two movements, but that will not happen. “Our brothers in the resistance fronts in Lebanon, Yemen and Iraq know the intentions and objectives of our enemies,” he noted.
Hamdan accused the United States and the West for backing Israel’s genocide against Gaza and blocking international aid. He said that the failure of the warmongering strategy by Israel’s Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu in Gaza pushed him to attack Lebanon.
The Israeli forces have launched attacks against Lebanon this week claiming over 600 lives and injuring more than 2000 people, according to Telesur TV network.
Israel’s genocide against Gaza has killed some 41 thousand 495 people since it started last October 7, and victims included women, children and senior citizens. lc
