HAVANA, Cuba, June 26 (ACN) The Cuban men's team will be opposite Serbia today in the continuation of the second week of the Volleyball Nations League (VNL), held in Belgrade.
After its 3-1 victory over Germany, Team Cuba will strive to notch up another important win with a view to being one of the top eight teams of the VNL and thus improve on their ninth place in 2024.
The Cubans will play against the Netherlands on Friday and Argentina on Sunday.
However, much as they intend to do better than last year, the main goal is to get a good result in the World Championship, to be held in the Philippines in September.
