Havana, Nov 27 (ACN) The world boxing regretted the passing on Wednesday of renowned Cuban boxer Pedro Orlando Reyes at 65.
Reyes (51 kilo division) was medalist at world, Pan-Am and Central American and Caribbean championships.
The president of the Cuban Sports Institute Osvaldo Vento extended his condolences to Reyes’ family and friends on his X account. “His legacy of dedication and sport excellence will prevail in the memory of our nation,” Vento wrote.
