Cuba Attracts the Attention of Latin American Tour Operators

HAVANA, Cuba, Nov 20 (ACN) Jessica Valdiray, a sales executive for the Venezuelan travel agency Alba Tours, shared experiences from her first trip to Cuba and stated that there is much to offer her clients.

The young woman from Valencia, the capital of Carabobo state, is participating in Motivos Cubanacán, a tour by the eponymous group through the center of the Island, and assured that she has been captivated by the natural beauty, landscapes, and history of Cuba.

In statements to the press, she confessed that she had heard Cuba before, but from other points of view; she hadn't had the opportunity to come, and this time, experiencing the gastronomy, appreciating the culture, and the kindness of its people is enough to promote the destination among her clients.

Trinidad is an exceptional place, she commented, it has history, tradition, architecture, beautiful beaches, and impressive heritage, stated Jessica. She praised the service received and confirmed that venturing on this trip will enrich her tourism promotion.

For Augusto Bustos, a travel agent from Colombia, joining this route was a good choice. He is visiting Cuba for the first time and was impressed with the natural charms of this destination, located in the south-central part of the country.

Other Cuban heritage cities like Santiago de Cuba and Camagüey, which he has read about and wants to visit and promote, are on the list for a next time.

Motivos Cubanacán, with about 80 Latin American tour operators, arrived today in the city of Santa Clara and will conclude on Saturday in Varadero, Cuba's main sun and beach resort.
