
HAVANA, Cuba, November 16 (ACN) Either as exhibitors or to explore business opportunities, a large number of Cubans living abroad will participate in the 41st Havana International Fair FIHAV 2025, to be held on November 24 to 29 at the EXPOCUBA fairgrounds.
According to Oscar Pérez-Oliva Fraga, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Trade and Investment (MINCEX), some 50 nations and the European Union will be represented at FIHAV 2025.
In statements to the press, the official praised the humanitarian aid provided by Cubans who live in foreign countries who sent donations to the victims of Hurricane Melissa.
"It’s a very positive gesture, and their presence in FIHAV 2025 will no doubt be an additional contribution to our country's recovery efforts in the eastern provinces, as well as to the development of the economy," he remarked.
Also featured in the program are the 8th Investment Forum, the presentation of the Portfolio of Business Opportunities with Cuba, and National Days dedicated to the participating countries, in addition to the Caribbean Banking Forum on November 26 and 27.
