Havana to host 24th edition of the Habano Festival

HAVANA, Cuba, Feb 19 (ACN) The most awaited international event every year by lovers of Premium cigars: the Habano Festival, will hold its 24th edition from Feb. 26 to March 1 in Havana.

The program of activities designed by the Organizing Committee will especially allow foreign participants to get closer to the production process of this exportable product marketed by the Habanos S.A. Corporation, both in cigar farms and factories, in addition to learning about the latest novelties in its portfolio of offerings.

According to the event's website, specialists, distributors and enthusiasts will enjoy the activities that, along with the best gastronomy and music, have given prestige to this traditional event.

Visits to famous factories in Havana and tobacco plantations in the western province of Pinar del Rio, lectures by experts and researchers, exclusive pairings and contests will take place during the days of the event.

Once again this year, the Caribbean capital will host the great annual event in which, in an international and exclusive atmosphere, visitors will be able to enjoy a wide-ranging program of activities around the knowledge of Habanos and its exciting culture, according to the festival's website.
