HAVANA, Cuba, May 17 (ACN) Casas de Cambio S.A. ( CADECA) announces today a new service that will allow customers to buy freely convertible currency (MLC) to deposit in debit cards.
On Twitter, the financial institution specified that the reservation continues, as it has since December 2022, through the Ticket platform, either from the web or the application for mobile devices.
According to the communication, the maximum amount of 100 US dollars is maintained for sales to customers, which with the new service they will be able to deposit on their card.
It adds that cash is deposited in real time, and no commission is applied.
So far, CADECA has been selling MLC (US dollars or the equivalent in other available currency) only in cash at its branches.
Currently, there are 40 branches throughout the country that offer the service of selling foreign currency through reservation by Ticket, in addition to an office of Banco Popular de Ahorro in the special municipality of Isle of Youth.
