HAVANA, Cuba, Nov 9 (ACN) The Cuban Fund of Cultural Assets announced the 24th International Fair of Crafts and Gifts FIART 2022, to be held on December 10 to 20.
A meeting point for Cuban and foreign artisans, the fair will feature fashion shows, expo-sales, auctions, business rounds, competitions and cultural events designed to promote works revealing of the Cuban cultural identity and its traditions, as well as to highlight the role of craftsmanship in today’s economic and social development and its contribution to the collective imaginary.
With the theme ‘Art, Utility and Trade, FIART 2022 will be dedicated to Italian culture and to recycling of different handicraft productions as an expression of creative resilience.
