HAVANA, Cuba, Oct 27 (ACN) The Chamber of Commerce of Cuba will celebrate, from October 27 to November 3, the day of promotion of exportable products and services of Cuban companies, with the aim of attracting partners and investors to promote the development of the national economy.
Belonging to priority sectors in the Cuban Economic Development Plan, the exhibition event includes areas such as agribusiness, construction, pharmaceutical industry, medicine, cultural industry and professional services, among others, according to the website of the Chamber of Commerce of Cuba.
This exchange will be dedicated on the opening day to the Caribbean region, on October 29 and 30 to Spain, Russia will have its space on November 2 and China on the 3rd of the same month.
In this regard, the Chamber of Commerce of Cuba held on Monday an online exchange with the Network of Caribbean Chambers of Commerce (CARICHAM), which was also attended by a representation from the Center for Promotion of Foreign Trade and Investment (ProCuba) and BioCubaFarma.
Cuba has a wide portfolio of foreign investment opportunities in the national territory, consolidated from a favorable business environment with the approval of Act No. 118 and its complementary regulations, based on a safe and transparent legal body and political, social and legal stability.
According to ProCuba, that law establishes the modalities that businesses with foreign investment can adopt, with highlight to the joint ventures and the International Economic Association Contracts, which include, among others, the contracts for hotel, productive or service management, the provision of professional services, the exploration of non-renewable natural resources, and the construction and agricultural production.
