HAVANA, Cuba, Aug 17 (ACN) The Fred cruise company. UK-based Olsen Cruise Lines announced that for the 2021-2022 season in the Caribbean on board the Braemar, Havana will be their base for boarding and deboarding.
In the shipping company's opinion, using Havana as a new base port will allow them to show the Caribbean in all its splendor and beauty to their customers.
It also means that we can offer extensions in Havana, so that our guests will have time to enjoy such a dynamic city, with evening port departures or overnight stays when possible, the statement said.
Havana has always given great satisfaction and good ratings in terms of welcoming customers, "so it's great to offer them more opportunities to get to know it," it added.
Fred. Olsen Cruise Lines is relaunching its Caribbean routes for the coming year to offer two types of vacation experiences: one for customers looking to cool off and "recharge their batteries" with a little sunshine in the winter, and another for those looking to experience the history and culture of the island they're visiting.
