HAVANA, Cuba, Mar 13 (ACN) Tania Perez, director of training, human resources, organization and communication of Cuban leading oil company CUPET, and Alexander Gordievsky, director of the academic division of the Industrial University of Tyumen, signed a collaboration agreement in Moscow.
The agreement was signed at the offices of the Cuban embassy to Russia and constitutes a roadmap for future exchanges aimed at human resources training and the development of joint research in fields of mutual interest.
Mario Miranda, head of the training department of CUPET; Gustavo Cobreiro, counselor for education and science in the Cuban embassy in Moscow; and Vivian Hitchman, economic and commercial attache, were present at the ceremony.
Tyumen Industrial University is located in Siberia and trains professionals for the branches of Oil and Gas, Civil Engineering and Architecture in 32 pre-degree, 27 master's, seven specialty and 14 PhD programs.
It develops very high-level studies in fields related to exploration, extraction and processing of oil and gas.
