HAVANA, Cuba, Feb 13 (ACN) The XIX International Congress “Pedagogy 2025” comes to an end today in Havana after a day that featured the Special Lecture “Education in times of resistance and reconstruction”, by the renowned Brazilian friar and writer Frei Betto, who on Wednesday presided over the presentation of his documentary, directed by Evanize Sydow, about popular education in Brazil as a key pillar of his work.
During its sessions, the event addressed topics such as the challenges facing educational systems in the 21st century, the use of Artificial Intelligence in education, and initiatives to speed up the fulfillment of the 2030 Agenda through education.
This year, the biennial Congress organized by the Ministry of Education of Cuba welcomed participants from around 32 countries.
