HAVANA, Cuba, Sep 1 (ACN) More than 2,000 works registered for the 45th International Festival of New Latin American Cinema, to be held on December 5 to 15, in the categories of films, documentaries, and animation (1,660), unpublished scripts (226) and Posters (131).
Every year, Latin American filmmakers, producers, actors and actresses look forward to participating in this prestigious Festival, which also provides an opportunity for them to meet colleagues and present their work to Cuban moviegoers who love and are already familiar with regional cinema.
The ten-day-long event, which also marks a beginning for those who present their first works, will be a special occasion to celebrate the 45th anniversary of these Festivals organized for the benefit of Latin American and Caribbean filmmaking.
