Havana, May 6 (ACN) Russia’s Vladimir Putin and Cuba’s Miguel Diaz-Canel will hold bilateral talks in Moscow during celebrations for Victory Day, as part of meetings scheduled between Putin and visiting leaders.
Yuri Ushakov, advisor to the Kremlin, said that following a meeting with Venezuela’s Nicolas Maduro, Putin expects to meet on Wednesday, May 7th, with the leaders of Cuba, Mongolia and Congo, according to PL wire service.
Ushakov recalled that May 8th marks the 65th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Moscow and Havana, following the victory of the Cuban Revolution.
