Havana, April 9 (ACN) The 20th ExpoCaribe Trade Fair will take place in Santiago de Cuba June 23-27 with the participation of local and foreign companies and focusing on the promotion of Cuban exports and new commercial deals.
The announcement was made for the diplomatic corps accredited in Cuba and the local media by Oscar Perez-Oliva, Foreign Trade and Investment Minister and by Madelaine Cortes, Foreign Trade and Investment director in Santiago de Cuba.
The commercial forum will promote products and services, new technologies and trade and investment opportunities particularly in the eastern Cuban region.
The fair will also favor economic and commercial relations with other nations of the world like Russia, because the event’s program includes a Cuba-Russia business forum, said the Cuban Foreign Trade and Investment Minister.
The official said that the event will be attended by companies and trade promotion agencies from Africa, Asia, Africa and Latin America.
