HAVANA, Cuba, Mar 5 (ACN) Cuba President Raul Castro arrived this Monday morning in Caracas to attend the 15th Summit of the Bolivarian Alliance for the Peoples of Our America (ALBA) on the occasion of the fifth anniversary of the death of Commander Hugo Chavez.
The Cuban delegation includes Foreign Minister Bruno Rodriguez and Rogelio Polanco, Cuban Ambassador to Venezuela.
