HAVANA. Cuba, Nov 7 (acn) Cuban President Raul Castro started an official visit to Mexico where he was received on Friday by his counterpart Enrique Peña Nieto.
According to Prensa Latina news agency, the Cuban head of state arrived in Mexico accompanied by the Ministers of Foreign Affairs, Education, Foreign Trade and Investment and Agro Industry.
President Peña Nieto received Raul at the Zocalo of Merica, headquarters of the government of the Mexican state of Yucatan.
On the Mexican side were the Secretaries (Ministers) of Government, Foreign Relations, Economy, Education, Tourism and others,
After the official welcoming ceremony, the two leaders held a private meeting before the official talks between the two delegations.
