Cuba Offers India Businesses Investment Opportunities

Havana, Sept 2 (ACN) Cuban ambassador to India, Juan Carlos Marsan, met with Indian foreign trade officials to promote the participation of Indian entrepreneurs at the upcoming 41st Havana International Trade Fair, to take place November 24-29 in the Cuban capital.

The Cuban diplomat promoted business opportunities in biotechnology, healthcare, agriculture and energy in the presence of Shri Vimal Anad, who is the deputy secretary for Latin America at India’s Commerce Ministry.

Marsan stressed the good state of bilateral political relations between India and Cuba, which favors the expansion of mutual trade and cooperation.

Havana International Trade Fair (FIHAV) was first launched in 1983 as the main commercial platform of Cuba and a major trade event in the Caribbean area.
