HAVANA, Cuba, Oct 21 (acn) Popular Puerto Rican singer Marc Anthony premiered on Tuesday the official video of his third single, Flor palida, a composition by Cuban Polo Montañez.
The clip is part of the album Marc Anthony 3.0 and was directed by Cuban Alejandro Perez, audiovisual producer of the successful versions of the song Bailando, initially interpreted by his compatriots Descemer Bueno and Gente de Zona, and later by Enrique Iglesias, Sean Paul and other artists, the Prensa Latina news agency reported.
Perez used several rural locations of the Dominican Republic to recreate a love story born from an encounter between the singer and a young woman interpreted by his current girlfriend in real life, Venezuelan model Shannon de Lima.
With Marc Anthony 3.0, the famous singer won 10 Billboard prizes of Latin Music, three Billboard Music Awards, one American Music Award and five "Lo Nuestro" prizes, among other awards.
The CD is nominated to a Latin Grammy in the categories of Album of the Year, Recording of the Year, Song of the Year and Best Album of Salsa.
