HAVANA, Cuba, Jun 14 (acn) The Cuban national team will look for their second win in the competitive tour against teams from the Canadian-American (Can-Am) baseball League when facing the Trois-Rivieres Aigles.
The squad from the Caribbean nation started its tour of 19 games for several cities in Canada and the United States losing three of the four matches they held versus the Quebec Capitales.
Weighed down by sensitive gaps in the most significant aspects of the game, the disciples of Roger Machado lost their first two matches with scores of 3-2 and 7-4, then they won the third one (7-3), and lost again (7-1) final game of the particular subseries.

Veterans Donal Duarte (.315) and Alexander Malleta (.244) have gradually raised their performance with the Ottawa Champions, especially the second one, who totals five doubles and a home run with 10 RBIs in 13 matches.
Between Tuesday and Thursday, Cuba will face the Trois-Rivieres Aigles, team appearing last in the Can-Am League with balance of three wins and 20 losses, in the standings led by New Jersey Jackals (16-8), which is escorted by the Quebec Capitales and Rockland Boulders, both with 14-9.
