HAVANA, Cuba, Feb 7 (ACN) With a personal best of 4.41m, the Cuban pole vaulter Aslin Quiala won the athletic meeting of Valencia, Spain, a Challenger category competition of the World Athletics Indoor Tour.
Quiala improved by one centimeter her previous best mark which earned her the bronze medal in the 2023 Pan American Games in Santiago de Chile.
The Cuban’s result on Wednesday left behind her best mark of the season, 4.22m, achieved in January in Zaragoza, Spain, where she also finished third.
