HAVANA, Cuba, Oct 8 (ACN) The Cuban product Authentic Campaign is currently enjoying an intense week in Colombia, with presentations in various cities to foster the island's tourist attractions.
A Prensa Latina report retakes this Monday statements from the Tourism Counselor of the Cuban Embassy to that country, Mariano Fernandez, who recently said that this initiative aims to make known the main tourist attractions of the Caribbean island.
Fernandez pointed out that Medellin, Cali, Bogota, Barranquilla and Bucaramanga are some of the cities where the campaign, hosted by the Cuban Ministry of Tourism, will be presented.
According to official data, Cuba closed June with 72.965 hotel rooms, of which 2.081 were built in 2019. Another 4.197 rooms will be added before year-end.
