Rodrigo Malmierca Díaz, Minister of Foreign Trade and Investment, said that the South American nation is the main trading partner of Cuba.
According to Malmierca, there is great satisfaction with the samples of Venezuelan products, and expressed interest in reactivating current trade with that country and work in the tourism sector.
There has been intense collaboration between Cuba and Venezuela, and it is time to identify what other products can be exported, put entrepreneurs in contact and ensure that the solidarity that unites us protects this type of business, he said.
The inauguration was also attended by Stella Lugo Betancourt, Minister of People's Power for Tourism of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, who said it is a great pride to be part of the most important trade fair in the Caribbean.
